I was linked to this site by a Kylie Facebook fan-page. I don't know what this josepvinaixa site is, nor how reliable it is, so that's why I classified this as a Rumor.

The world is ready for new Kylie Minogue era! The goddess of pop is working on her 12th studio album, the follow-up to 2010′s “Aphrodite“, that’s scheduled for release later this year. This new album is her first under the production of Jay-Z’s label Roc Nation. The lead single is planned to premiere in August and it has the collaboration of American rapper and stripper Brooke Candy. She’s known for appearing in Grime’s music video of her track “Genesis“, released last year.
